Hi, I'm Valerie — the person behind AromaSampleStore. This shop was born out of a personal frustration with blind-buying perfumes and never being able to find affordable, quality decants. So I built the store I always wished existed.
Based in Buda, Texas, I hand-pack every order myself and source only authentic, original fragrances. I believe discovering a new scent should feel like a little gift to yourself — and I'm here to help you find the ones that truly resonate with you. ✨

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of my products (custom-made samples), I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding! 🤍
Can I cancel my order?
I understand that mistakes happen and unexpected situations arise — that's completely okay! If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to me via email within 1 hour of your purchase and I'll take care of it for you.
When will I get my order?
I work as fast as I possibly can and always aim to ship your order within 1–2 business days. However, as I'm a one-person operation, during busy periods your order may take up to 3–4 days to process. If that's the case, I will always notify you in advance. Thank you for your patience and support! 🤍
Where are your products manufactured?
All of my products are made right here in my home office in Buda, Texas, USA. I personally source and purchase original, authentic fragrances independently — I have no affiliation or partnership with any of the brands I decant from. As for my own fragrance oils, I formulate and create them from scratch myself using only high-quality materials, and all of my compositions are crafted in accordance with IFRA guidelines. 🤍
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.50 on all orders. Due to the current global situation, shipping costs have increased across the board, and this flat rate helps keep things simple and as affordable as possible for you.
And the good news — orders over $50 ship for free! 🤍
What happens if my order arrives damaged or lost in the mail?
Don't worry — I've got you! If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail, just reach out to me and we'll figure it out together. I always do my best to make things right and will reship your order. Your satisfaction means everything to me! 🤍
Are your decants authentic?
100%! I only work with genuine, original fragrances — no fakes, no dupes, ever. You can shop with confidence. 🤍
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller portion of a full fragrance bottle, transferred into a sample vial or bottle. It's a perfect way to try a fragrance before committing to a full bottle, or to get your hands on rare and expensive scents without breaking the bank. For fragrance lovers who enjoy exploring new scents, switching things up often, or simply wanting to wear a perfume for a while without committing to a full bottle — decants are the perfect solution. 🤍
do you ship internationally?
I currently ship within the United States, including the contiguous US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but stay tuned for future updates! 🤍
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can also use the chat widget on our website — simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to instantly track your package. 🤍
