RETURN POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — fragrance decants and perfume oils — we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We also strongly recommend starting with a smaller size to try a fragrance before committing to a larger decant.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind every order we send out. If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aromasample.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do everything we can to make it right.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under EU consumer protection law. Item must be unopened and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
